Do yourself a favor and get an electric balloon inflation machine. This was very easy to assemble and looked lovely for a hippie themed birthday party.The happy birthday banner is felt and reusable. The plastic arch strip is also easily reusable. The plastic holders to make the balloon flowers can be reused. The mylar daisy balloons have an easy to open and reseal valve which makes them (You guessed it)... reusable.So for $20 you get several items that can be brought back out for other parties and don't take much space to store. Absolutely a great value.
